ExternalComm player

This externalCommPlayer.jar application allows to emulate content sent to an ExternalComm module. This Player is able to replay the input byte content serialized by the XML externalComm logging.

Overview

The XML externalComm logging allows to serialize both the input or the output of the module sent by the network.

The Player allows to replay the input which was previously serialized.

Interface

Double clicking on the jar file will show the following interface:

The File menu allows to select the XML file to replay. The Runtime menu allows to start or stop the replay.

Dependencies

The player has only one dependency to the Netty library (which is distributed with the framework).

By default the library is lloked at in a lib directory relative to the jar file of the Player.
